  • Holding a Bachelor of Business Technology degree from Appalachian State University, an MBA with a concentration in IT management from the University of Phoenix, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, Scott possesses a wealth of knowledge and esteemed certifications.

  • As a Grand Scrum Master, his influence extends beyond teams and organizations, actively empowering communities worldwide to adopt agile and scrum practices both personally and professionally.

  • Scott is dedicated to promoting agile and scrum practices while fostering the empowerment of minorities as individuals, team members, and leaders within organizations and their communities.

  • With a remarkable track record of training over 1,000 individuals and 100 teams in Agile methodologies, Scott has a personal goal of training 10,000 minority scrum masters by 2030 and a giving goal of 1 Million dollars or 669 Scholarships in 1 year, reflecting his commitment to empowering individuals and fostering diversity within the agile community.
